1932 - 2021

Margaret Koshuta, 89, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in MapleShade Meadows Assisted Living Center, Nesquehoning. She was the wife of the late John Koshuta who passed away February 20, 2007. Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late August and Anna (Evanko) Gogal. She was an office worker for the former Ridge Center in Lansford for 9 ½ years until retiring. Margaret was a member of St. John Byzantine Catholic Church, Lansford where she was a member of the Ladies Guild and also helped with the pierogi making.

Surviving are many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Theresa Halko.

A Funeral Service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in St. John Byzantine Catholic Church Cemetery.  The Sverchek-Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements. Online condolences at www.blazoskyfh.com.
